At ZFS Modesty, we carefully inspect our products before dispatch. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase.
Exchange Window
- Exchange requests must be submitted within 7 days of receiving your order.
- Requests submitted after this period may not be accepted.
Eligible Exchanges
An exchange may be accepted in cases such as:
- Wrong product received
- Wrong size received due to our error
- Damaged product received
- Manufacturing defect
- Missing item from the order
For size exchanges requested by the customer, the product must meet all eligibility requirements below.
Exchange Conditions
To qualify for an exchange, the product must:
- Be unused
- Be unworn
- Be unwashed
- Have no perfume, makeup, stains, or other marks
- Have all original tags attached
- Be returned in its original packaging
- Be in resalable condition
Products that have been altered, washed, worn, damaged, or used may not be eligible for exchange.
Sale Items
- Items purchased during a promotional sale may be subject to specific exchange restrictions mentioned during the promotion.
- Any special sale terms displayed at the time of purchase will apply.
Defective or Incorrect Products
If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide clear photographs or videos showing the issue.
Our team will review the claim and provide the appropriate resolution.
Exchange Availability
- All exchanges are subject to product and size availability.
- If the requested replacement is unavailable, we may provide an alternative solution at our discretion.
Exchange Shipping Charges
For exchanges caused by a customer-requested size change, the customer may be responsible for applicable return and replacement delivery charges.
If the exchange is required because ZFS Modesty sent an incorrect or defective product, ZFS Modesty will review the case and cover applicable replacement shipping where the error is confirmed.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and product-protection reasons, certain products may not be eligible for return or exchange where specifically stated on the product page.
